Responsibilities:

Manage budget plans for a department, which may involve development or delivery (or both).
Implement formal development frameworks for a substantial department, providing informal coaching and mentoring across the organization.
Initiate, formulate, and implement new business practices within a specific discipline while managing the development and/or delivery of a key component of the organization's change management program.
Manage a significant operational area for the organization.
Manage a portfolio of large projects in accordance with the overall project management strategy.
Manage an element of the strategic planning of the organization, which may relate to responsibility for development, delivery, or both.

Requirements:

University/Postgraduate (Master's degree).
Broad and deep experience providing expert competency.
Experience planning, managing, and organizing resources in the short/medium term within the overall policy framework.
Act as the authority of the organization and established expert to develop solutions based on insight into the business climate and objectives.
Function as an internal authority in planning, organizing, prioritizing, and guiding activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
Apply expertise to act as the authority of the organization in developing appropriate plans or executing necessary actions based on recommendations and needs.
Utilize expertise to act as the authority of the organization in developing, monitoring, interpreting, and understanding policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategies and objectives.
Use expertise to function as the authority of the organization in managing projects and/or programs within desired cost, time, and quality parameters.
Act as the organization authority and established expert for analyzing data trends for use in reports to guide decision-making.
Serve as the organization authority and established expert for managing and applying safe work systems.
