Job Title: Woodworking & John Deere Specialist

Department: CSR Department - ECommerce

Overview: As a subject matter expert, your main responsibility will be to analyze and resolve customer inquiries, specifically with woodworking tools such as Festool products and/or John Deere replacement parts.

Essential Duties:

Ability to lift more than 40lbs
Working knowledge of computers
Participate in training sessions for Festool products
Utilize and develop a working knowledge of the John Deere portal in order to be able to assist customers in correctly purchasing replacement parts for their units
Provide technical support, specifically with Festool and/or John Deere products to our customers
Clearly and effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing
Accurately inspect items for damage and/or use
Assist in processing refunds / returns to help ensure timely refunds for our customers
Other duties that may be assigned with an end goal of maintaining and positively influencing the customer experience

Job Particulars:

Full Time or Part Time positions available
Must be able to work occasional Saturdays each month
Must be available to work within the following hours of availability:

M-F: 8am - 6pm
Saturdays: 8am - 4pm
