Responsibilities

What you'll do:
• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Be the site operational leader, ensuring efficient resource allocation and top-notch customer service
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and project success
• Manage project budgets
• Prepare and deliver project presentations and reports
• Continuously improve project management processes and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project management
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, including meeting deadlines and budgets
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6)
• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
