The Role

We're seeking a visionary experienced leader to drive our engineering efforts and scale our operations. As Head of Engineering, you'll lead our R&D team, balance innovative research with product development, and spearhead our technical strategy.

Oversee product development from research through commercialization
Lead optimizing and scaling production processes

Ideal Candidate

Advanced degree in Textile Science, Fiber Science, Polymer Science, Materials Engineering, or related field(s)
8+ years in polymer-based product development, 3+ years in leadership
Proficient in polymer processing and spinning technologies
Proven track record in R&D leadership and successful product launches
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
Passionate about sustainability and innovation
