OverviewJOB SUMMARYPosition pays $17.60 per hour
Basic duties include all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS- Assist in maintenance of landscaping program. To include, but not limited to: planting, weeding, watering, pruning, mulching, digging, etc.
- Check landscaping maintenance equipment for proper operating condition prior to use (oil, fuel, tires)
- Assists other associates with their job functions to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Assist with heavy lifting. To include, but not limited to: boxes, furniture, equipment, linens/towels, luggage, refuse, etc.
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance in accordance with our Dress Code Standards for uniformed associates.
- Adhere to all hotel & company policies and procedures.
- Fosters and promotes a cooperative working climate, maximizing productivity and employee morale.
- Assist with other routine tasks within Grounds department as required.
- Performs all job functions, special projects, and tasks as assigned.

Equipment to Be Used

Physical & Mental Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, walk, talk, and hear; frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms; frequently required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively.
- Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure.
Work Environment
- Daily exposure to direct sunlight, high humidity, extremes of heat and cold, noise, paint, and other exposures associated with the golf course environment.
- The work environment may involve varying conditions and circumstances with guests, staff, visitors, government agencies, etc.

Compensation RangeThe compensation for this position is $17.60/Hr. - $20.75/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
