Description

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site, ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
Manage and direct the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and quality control documents.
Enforce quality control procedures to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.

Profile

Candidates Profile:

4+ years of field experience, preferably in commercial/ life science construction

Experience in managing multiple employees
Degree in constructin management

Combination of education and experience to be able to perform the essential duties of the position

Knowledge of industry methods of scheduling, contracting, cost reporting, safety, and quality

Ability to understand and implement the technical aspects of construction

Ability to manage, coach, lead and train subordinates
