What Will Be Your Mission :Leverage Financial expertise and drive the Sustainability mindset, being the business partner and voice to bring visibility and a clear frame for transformation and "the way we work".
Support in creating, tracking and executing the Sustainable Finance roadmap & strategy thru :
Animation and Change Management- Understanding of KPIs and how the information flows between the two métiers; Finance and Sustainability
- Partnering together with multiple stakeholders, and the Sustainability Team, to ensure we are not duplicating work and are benefiting from each other's expertise and efforts.
- Support of the sustainability and CSR budgets.
- Implement and roll-out processes, group systems, tools, methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency, relevance and reliability of management information in connection with Group Standards.
- Connect with and educate communities on Sustainable Finance mindset with clear communication and custom-made roadshows and training
- Animate reporting contributors on reporting culture
Driving the performance assuring a future-proof construction- Follow and steer short term and mid-term extra-financial performance
- Assist in the preparation and management of extra-financial month-end process and monthly reporting indicators review
- Anticipate, manage, and communicate risks and opportunities in a timely fashion
Support the NOWASTE Project strategic development- Collaborate in ways to avoid / reduce Destructions thru Prevention / Remonetization actions and Commercial policies.
- Contribute to Business Plan constructions, implement and track innovative avenues for Remonetization for Friends & Family Online campaigns and Point of Sales.
- Analyze and support simulations to align profitability between channels while connecting Divisions and Operations
- Support in Stock Equation constructions and connection within strategic frame
Animate the Entities Reporting on CSRD quantitative KPI- Along with the designated Controllers, roll out key checks applicable on entities under the frame, in connection with division / zone sustainable finance and Internal Control
- Consolidate and supervise entities in how to control the reliability of its perimeter reports for the Group Financials.
What We Are Looking For:Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of training and experience, plus 10+ years of related experience.
- Experience of Financial controlling, Commercial controlling, Audit, Compliance
- Ability to work effectively in an international and multi-cultural environment
- Strong cooperative and leadership skills in a matrix environment
- Ability to navigate a complex corporate environment with multi-stakeholder management
- Ability to manage via influence, increasing the Share of Voice of Sustainability
- Proactive, Clear Communication
- Curiosity, "open mind", entrepreneurial spirit, and a keen interest in Sustainability
