- Develop engaging lesson plans tailored to group lessons to meet participants' needs effectively.
- Provide swimming lessons to individuals of various ages and skill levels, emphasizing water safety and proper swimming techniques.
- Regularly assess participants' progress and offer constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic aquatic environment through routine pool inspections and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to organize class schedules and special events, fostering a positive team dynamic.
- The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a swim instructor or lifeguard.
- A current lifeguard or swim certification is required for this position.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary for teaching and interacting effectively with students.
- Must demonstrate the ability to create engaging and impactful lesson plans.
- Competency in holding US Work Authorization is a must.
