A DAY IN THE LIFE - Managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors that may be assisting
- Tracking and controlling the costs, schedule, materials, and personnel of the project at the field level
- Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner
- Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons
WHAT YOU'LL NEED - Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope
- 5 years' experience supervising self-perform construction crews
- Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation
- Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test
- Willingness to Travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations
WHAT WILL SET YOU APART - Proficiency in areas such as underground cable installation or cable terminations including up to medium voltage 345kV
- Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.)
- Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field
