ART is currently looking for a full-time Logistics/Woodworking Associate. This position is in Blytheville, AR.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Identify, control , and maintain all company-owned and customer-owned material in compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards of practice and procedures;
• Confirm proper accountability of company inventory;
• Build crates as required for customer inventory in compliance with company shipping policies;
• Make certain that parts positioned for scrap are properly identified, positioned, destroyed, and discarded as required; and
• Be responsible for other duties as assigned.
NICE-TO-HAVE'S:
• 2 years' experience in a shipping & receiving department at a transportation services company (for example, working with airplanes or automotive);
• Demonstrated superior organizational skills;
• Willingness to take ownership of projects and exercise responsibility, and open to new challenges;
• Good business judgment and strong business ethics; and
• Collaborative style with ability to establish effective relationships in the organization.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States;
• Must be able to work regular hours, typical shift is 7:30 AM-4:30 PM Monday-Friday;
• Must be able to lift heavy objects;
• Must be able to stand for long periods;
• Must be able to use basic carpentry tools such as but not limited to tape measure, drill driver, electric saw;
• Be 18 years or older and have unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; and
• Must be in the Blytheville, AR area or willing to relocate.
