Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000-$90,000 per year, based on experience

As a Landscape Architect your responsibilities will include
- Collaborating with design team to create 2D and 3D landscape designs
- Professionally communicating with clients through email, phone calls, virtual and face-to-face meetings
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for estimating and construction purposes
- Communicating with vendors and subcontractors to create accurate proposals
Required Experience
- Must be a Licensed Landscape Architect in the state of North Carolina
- Working knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling based programs
- 2 years of experience in landscape architecture / design.
- Computer skills including email, excel spreadsheets, and Google Suite
Ideal Qualifications and Skills
- Professional landscape design experience that they don't wonder if they have enough experience to apply.
- Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that's what it takes to get something done
- Knows all the hot keys in Autodesk AutoCAD
- Can hand sketch - and those sketches are not stick figures
- Jedi-level with AutoCAD + Rhino3d + Luminon to produce beautiful plans / renders
- Gifted communicator
- Gets stuff DONE!
- A.A.S. or B.S. in landscape design, landscape architecture, or related field
