- Regulatory Oversight: Ensure compliance with state regulations and oversee the permitting processes for drilling, production, and plugging operations.
- Technical Analysis: Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations regarding compliance with WOGCC rules and regulations.
- Data Management: Analyze and manage data related to well completion, construction, and production.
- Collaboration: Work closely with operators, field inspectors, and other stakeholders to address and resolve technical and regulatory issues.
- Policy Development: Participate in the development and implementation of policies aimed at improving industry standards and practices through regulatory compliance.
QualificationsPREFERENCES: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, or a related engineering field.Proficiency in data analysis, technical reporting, and project management.Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
KNOWLEDGE:- Knowledge and understanding of well completions, productions optimization, and artificial lift systems.
- Knowledge of drilling operations and well construction.
- Knowledge and understanding of reservoir behavior, fluid properties, and recovery methods.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education:Bachelor's Degree (typically in The Sciences)
Experience:1-3 years of progressive work (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources Principal
OR Education & Experience Substitution:4-7 years of progressive work experience (typically in The Sciences) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Natural Resources Principal
