As an EHS Manager, you will manage the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our safety, health, and environmental programs. Your role will be essential in maintaining a compliant, safe workplace, protecting our team, and advancing our environmental stewardship goals.

What You'll Do- Develop and implement safety and health programs in compliance with OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk analyses to identify and address potential issues.
- Develop and Maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, conduct root cause analyses and recommend preventive measures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to waste management, emissions, and wastewater discharge.
- Create and deliver safety and environmental training programs for employees, promoting a culture of awareness, accountability and responsibility.
- Monitor and stay current on safety, health, and environmental regulations, contributing insights to maintain compliance.
- Assist in emergency preparedness planning, ensuring response strategies are up-to-date and effective.
- Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in EHS programs, processes, and practices.
- Track and analyze EHS metrics, using data to recommend and implement strategies that enhance safety performance and environmental outcomes.
- Audit and maintain existing Ammonia Program, including PSM and RMP requirements.
- Assist with capital justifications for compliance-related projects.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, first aid protocols, and fire drills.
- Coordinate with local emergency services to ensure preparedness for potential incidents
What We're Looking For- Relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
- 3-5 years' experience in EHS practices
- Experience and understanding of OSHA, DOT and Environmental regulations and environmental laws.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure safety and compliance objectives are met.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental management tools and software.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred but not required
