We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our seasonal team as Summer Cashier/ Concessions Attendants. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at our outdoor pools. This is a seasonal summer position-perfect for students or anyone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers, and being part of a dynamic team.
Schedule and Hours:
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Days: Sunday through Saturday
- Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day
- Training: Held the week of May 19th
Salary is $15 per hour.
Essential Job Duties
- Monitor pool admissions, verify passes, and collect entrance fees as required.
- Manage concession stand operations, including stocking, preparing, and serving products, while maintaining cleanliness and following health regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, direct complaints to supervisory staff, and provide excellent patron service.
- Perform daily tasks such as completing checklists, cleaning concession areas, and disposing of trash.
- Accurately manage cash register operations, including closing out and completing deposit paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with policies, safety procedures, and health department regulations, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
This position must possess the following qualifications:
- High school student, high school graduate, or G.E.D.
- Minimum age of 16 is required
- Or, any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
