Sodexo has an opening for an
Environmental Services Manager in
Burlington, NC. The role will oversee
Second Shift (5:00pm start time) that will also support coverage of a rotating weekend or holiday as business needs arise.
This weekend rotation will work every 3rd weekend, supporting first shift coverage. The ability to be bilingual in Spanish would assist in managing this workforce.
In addition, will be responsible for employee engagement and development of a service culture. This facility is a private, not-for-profit 250 bed hospital and this manager will oversee a team of 30. Alamance Regional provides healthcare to residents of Alamance County, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
What You'll Do- be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
- effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or
- support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

What You Bring- have experience leading and managing a team;
- are results and safety driven;
- have in-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
- have 2-3 years previous custodial / housekeeping or similar management experience in a hospital, health care experience preferred but not required;
- are proficient with computers and other technology.
