Aquatic Regional Manager for our
Orange County region! We are looking for a self-motivated individual with leadership qualities who has at least one year of management experience in aquatics. SUMMARYAs an Aquatic Regional Manager, you will organize, develop, and facilitate lifeguard management services at Premier's locations across
Orange County. In this role, you will ensure that lifeguards, head lifeguards, and lifeguard managers can effectively prevent drowning and other injuries from occurring, as well as respond to aquatic emergencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Analyze and evaluate community needs for program development.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of the team.
- Plan and execute hiring events, training sessions, and orientations.
- Oversee daily operations at multiple Orange County locations, including scheduling and staffing coverage.
- Ensure the safety of all visitors by enforcing facility and company policies.
- Respond to emergencies, provide backup assistance, or deliver appropriate care as needed.
- Communicate with staff members and collaborate with other management teams.
- Manage facility setup, inventory, and re-stocking.
- Complete daily reports.
- Handle incident reporting and debriefing.
- Establish professional relationships with co-workers and clients.
- Resolve conflicts with employees and patrons.
- Administer in-service training and evaluations.
- Embrace a dynamic workday, stepping into various roles as needed.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new staff members.
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum- At least 1 year of equivalent management experience.
- Experience performing administrative duties.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Strong communication skills for preparing clear and concise reports.
- Availability to work 40 hours a week, including one weekend day.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for 8 hours.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a StarGuard Elite Instructor Certification (training provided).
Preferred- Professional-level aquatics experience.
- Independent judgment and decision-making skills to adapt methods and standards.
- 2+ years of management experience.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- StarGuard Elite Instructor Certification (Level 2).
COMPENSATION$70,000-$75,000
