Mpower Solar is a rapidly growing solar installer based in New York City, specializing in the sales, design, installation, and maintenance of solar panel systems. We take pride in delivering high-quality solar solutions and exceptional customer service. With four offices in Staten Island, Brooklyn, Bronx and Queens, Mpower is expanding quickly and looking for a Solar Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow key locations in Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, results-driven leader with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in sales management in the Solar industry. This role requires daily in-field oversight to ensure that sales representatives and office managers are performing effectively and achieving growth targets.
Responsibilities
Income Expectation:
• On Target Earnings: $300,000 +
• Base Salary, Commission, Overrides on every install, and Bonuses

Responsibilities:
• Own and hit/exceed KPI targets within the assigned timeframe
• Manage and set accountability expectations for the sales teams
• Interpret and analyzing data to drive growth
• Run sales calls, sales meetings, and trainings as required
• Efficiently learn the systems and programs we use to maximize your time and production
• Effectively communicate and maintain client relationships by keeping them updated on
project status with the support of our internal concierge and operations teams

Qualifications:
• Sales management experience required
• 5+ years' experience in Solar Sales Leadership
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; own vehicle• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Unrivalled interpersonal skill - you're an expert a determining what makes people tick and
aligning that to the needs of an organization to optimize impact
• Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
• Skilled in adapting to requirements of numerous, changing demands
