WHAT YOU'LL DIVE INTO:- Designing with Impact: Prepare stunning landscape designs, from initial sketches to polished presentations, using both hand drafting and digital tools like AutoCAD to bring each vision to life.
- Guiding and Mentoring: Collaborate with our design team, share insights, and mentor junior designers to elevate each project's creative potential.
- Bringing Concepts to Life: Develop proposals, cost estimates, and project packages that turn imaginative concepts into practical, beautiful plans.
- Technical Precision: Conduct site analyses, develop grading and drainage plans, and combine traditional drafting and digital design skills for technical accuracy and beauty.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Bridge communication across design, construction, and sales, ensuring every detail aligns with our high standards and client expectations.
WHO YOU ARE:- You hold a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture or a degree in Horticulture and have 5+ years of experience in landscape design, with a strong interest in residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, and/or skilled in hand drafting and creating engaging visual presentations.
- A strong communicator and team player, you balance independent work with collaborative creativity.
- You thrive on deadlines and enjoy the challenge of bringing functional, visually striking designs to life.
- Flexible and passionate about learning, you're always ready to jump into a new project or opportunity.
WORKING CONDITIONS:Work requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, reaching, and prolonged periods of sitting. Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to client needs and deadlines.
