Role Overview:We are seeking an ambitious and motivated professional to join the Integrated Product Management Team (IPMT) as the Business Unit Office Management. You will work closely with the IPMT lead and cross-functional leaders to ensure seamless operations, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the success of key projects.
Your main responsibility will be to play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the new business unit. Reporting directly to the IPMT Leader, you will assist in coordinating internal operations, meeting logistics, and managing the operational cadence for the team. You will act as a liaison across teams to ensure seamless communication, organization, and execution of tasks that support both strategic and day-to-day activities within this growing business unit.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Support:- Assist in managing the daily routines and workflows of the IPMT core team.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Track progress on team deliverables and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
- Provide the IPMT leaders feedback and lead by influence of their work and prioritization according to the Business Unit operating cadence.
Project Management:- Support the execution of cross-functional projects by monitoring timelines, milestones, and dependencies.
- Identify and resolve challenges to ensure project success.
- Provide updates and insights to leadership on project status.
- Coach the IPMT leaders on time waste and unnecessary work they can stop doing.
- Assist in managing and optimizing digital tools (e.g., project management software, collaboration tools) that support operational processes, tracking of projects, and team performance.
- Provide support for tracking progress and preparing reports for leadership, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
Communication and Collaboration:- Draft internal communications and prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards, including materials that will be presented to the ELT level.
- Build relationships across teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Strategic Support:- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making on strategic initiatives.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes and implement Agile principles.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance team performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- S.T.E.M. Degree or a Bachelor's Degree in Business
- 1+ years of work experience in one of Carrier's Early Careers Leadership Programs (LPs)
- Currently enrolled in one of Carrier's Leadership Programs (LPs) with successful completion of the program in June 2025
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Proven leadership potential and the ability to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile principles is a plus.
