The Client Program Manager leads all aspects of winning and building a Federal Contract/Program focused on the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers environmental and infrastructure programs in key Divisions/Districts. Opportunities exist in the Northwestern Division (Omaha/Kansas City/Seattle Districts) and South Pacific Division (Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Albuquerque Districts) Areas of Responsibility (AOR). Key requirements including the administration and execution to ensure project requirements are met and completed on time and within budget for Architect-Engineering services, Environmental Remediation, Environmental Compliance, Water/Wastewater, and select Construction and Response projects. The Senior Project/Business Development Manager handles the day-to-day relationships with the client, manages the business and information reporting requirements, keeps abreast of upcoming work and positions for Weston to capture more than our fair share pf the forthcoming work. Lead the capture and proposal efforts project execution teams.
Location: Western United States; Remote with ~25% client engagement/project team targeted travel in the client AOR.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- BS (STEM preferred) plus 15 years' experience (Project, program, technical preferred).
- Experience demonstrating a progressive increase in supervisory accountability and authority for projects, programs, people, budgets.
- Experience as a Project Manager or Business Development Manager for USACE or other DOD executing agencies delivering HTRW investigation, and remediation services in the West Regions of United States. Experience in/with USACE Omaha, Kansas City, Seattle Districts required; Experience in/with USACE Sacramento, Los Angeles, Albuquerque Districts a plus. Relationships and experience on military installations and/or environmental sites in District AORs preferred.
- Master's degree and Professional Registration and/or Certifications preferred.

- Responsible for the final quality and delivery of reports such as status reports, technical reports, and other reports required of the program.
- Contributes to maintaining WESTON's reputation by ensuring professional, technical, and ethical standards are upheld by all program staff in dealing with clients, agencies, and subcontractors.
- Develops and writes proposals and presentations to clients with others.
- Identifies, develops, and closes on new sales opportunities to achieve individual, team and organizations sales objectives.
- Forecasts client needs and communicates those to the Company to ensure we are prepared to respond to them.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, and other compensable factors.
Salary Range: $112,200 - $149,600 - $187,000
