JOB SUMMARY:
This position will Manage the procurement of manufacturing process equipment and services for Engineering and Reliability Projects. The job will be responsible for monitoring and controlling department and capital project expenditures. The position will manage engineering contracts in Agiloft with the Legal Department. The position will also assist the Energy Department with invoice processing. A high level of commitment to teamwork, analytical thinking and independent judgement are the responsibility of this position.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (not all inclusive):
1. Work with engineers in obtaining bids.
2. Develop manufacturing equipment purchase and installation contracts. Secure agreement on pricing, delivery, terms, and specifications.
3. Enter purchasing information into SAP; generate and track purchase orders.
4. Generate contract documents, including purchase orders and service contracts.
5. Manage Engineering Contracts in Agiloft to insure workflow, completeness and accuracy.
6. Prepare, issue, and analyze capital expenditure reports and summaries, utilizing SAP and Excel.
7. Provide PEG with procurement, tracking and monthly reporting.
8. Insure proper allocation of costs. Issue monthly reports.
9. Work with engineers in planning and estimating projects.
10. Work with Property Accounting on project set-up.
11. Process invoices for engineering projects.
12. Track PO deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
13. Provide document control for each project.
14. General support for engineering, reliability and manufacturing as required.
15. Energy Department Support
1. Responsible for Energy invoice processing
• Gather Invoices - (Mail, Email, Websites)
• Scan and Save Invoices
• Review Invoices including monthly DCO information
• Identify Disconnect Notices, Late Fees
• Check Invoices for Duplicates
• Code Invoices
• Email Invoices to AP for Processing and Copy to Plants
• Resolve and Reconcile billing disputes
2. Receive and process all checks collected by the energy department
3. Collect monthly 445 natural gas consumption and distribute to plants
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with 4-5 years' experience.
• Computer skills - Excel (Advanced), MS Access, Word, SAP or a willingness to learn SAP.
• Skilled negotiator.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be detail oriented and have basic math skills.
• Eligible for hybrid work schedule (the hybrid work schedule is provisional and may be modified, based on business needs).
• A willingness to travel domestically as much as 5% of the time.
