Sustainability and Operations Director to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in shaping the future of our organization by overseeing critical departments like Programs, Operations, Information Technology, Engineering, and Compliance.
You'll be a key leader, ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently while prioritizing safety, environmental protection, and innovative solutions. You'll collaborate closely with other departments and foster a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement to maximize waste diversion and create a positive impact on our community.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (required)
- 10+ years of experience in solid waste management or a related field (preferred)
- Proven leadership experience in managing people, budgets, and projects
