Position Summary
Under indirect supervision, provides short-termprofessional management consulting services in the establishment, enhancementand/or modification of integrated core operations and processes. Works on atemporary or professional services basis in support of a specified project.
This position will take the educational material originallyprovided and improve it with some other LANL material and place all of theminto six training courses on UNM Anderson Training Canvas Shells for On-Linedelivery. These will then be reviewed by LANL.
Selected applicant will be expected to:
- Pilot the fully approved online training courses.
- Review these piloted training courses and make changes if required as a result of our and LANL experts' reviews.
- Develop an outreach effort for LANL employees such as information sessions.
- Develop an outreach effort for our project management training program to a much larger group including other National Labs.

Conditions of Employment
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree; at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or other related field
- Project management experience
- Experience working in a university setting
- Prior course development experience
- A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success, as well as working with broadly diverse communities.
