Your Impact: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented US Team Lead to oversee work order reviews, ensure compliance with Tech Support processes, and provide guidance to the team. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and strong leadership abilities to address escalations and support the team's decision-making.
Core Responsibilities:- Ensure the team is consistently following established Tech Support processes and workflows.
- Review and analyze work orders to confirm tasks meet the required scope of work and quality standards.
- Guide the team in determining whether work orders should be closed out based on scope completion and deliverable requirements.
- Address escalations promptly, ensuring effective resolutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Act as the point of contact for technical and procedural questions from team members.
- Communicate updates, process changes, and feedback to the team to improve performance and maintain alignment with company standards.
- Maintain accountability for delivering accurate and error-free work.

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

- Ability to read and comprehend scopes of work and determine whether completed work meets requirements.
- Technical knowledge and the ability to interpret work-performed notes.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability for producing high-quality, error-free results.
