Assistant Environmental Services Manager to oversee our environmental services department. In this critical role, you will ensure that our facility maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and safety, providing a welcoming environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations of the environmental services department, including housekeeping and sanitation.
- Supervise and train environmental services staff to uphold cleanliness and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement and monitor cleaning schedules and procedures.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in environmental services or housekeeping management preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience in environmental services or housekeeping within a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, cleaning techniques, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
