Capital Energy is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Trainees in our door-to-door solar sales program. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to succeed.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with homeowners in designated territories to educate them on the benefits of solar energy.
• Generate and qualify leads through direct sales efforts.
• Schedule and attend consultations to guide customers through the solar conversion process.
• Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop sales techniques and industry knowledge.
• Meet and exceed performance goals in a competitive yet supportive environment.

What We Offer:

• Commission-Only Pay Structure: Earn based on your performance, with expected earnings between $50,000 – $120,000 per year.

• No prior sales experience is required, but previous customer-facing roles are a plus.

• Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
• Follow up with potential customers to showcase and highlight our new products or services
• Go to in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events
• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
• Inform company of all sales activities, including new business development, account status, customer needs, potential customers, and issues with competition via CRM

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
• Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
