We deliver seasonal flower arrangements to homes and businesses four times a year, enhancing the beauty and enjoyment of the neighborhoods we service. Job Overview:
In this dynamic, hands-on role, you will be the driving force behind making Philadelphia bloom. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for planting our custom arrangements in clients' planters and window boxes across the city and surrounding suburbs. Each day, you'll load up our box truck with plants and materials, then hit the road, working independently to hit your daily delivery quota and bring our green vision to life.
Responsibilities:
- Load and drive a box truck SAFELY and efficiently.
- Navigate to homes and businesses for planting.
- Execute plantings to Enliven's minimum quality and design standards.
- Work and manage time independently to meet daily delivery quotas.
- Interact with clients in a personable and polite manner.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- No prior design or horticulture experience is necessary; what matters most to us is your willingness to work hard and an eagerness to learn.
- Ability to adapt to changes in climate and working in inclement weather such as extreme heat/cold, snow, rain, and/or wind.
- Must be able to perform the physical demands of the position including extensive walking, standing, bending, climbing stairs/ladders and lifting at least 50 pounds.
