In this position, you will work alongside a talented team of professionals to design and deliver high-quality projects. Your responsibilities will span across a variety of project types, including built projects-ranging from schematic design through to construction administration-and unbuilt projects such as master plans, landscape master plans, and conceptual studies. Experience with project management and designing alongside interdisciplinary teams is highly desired. In your role, you will oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and you'll work closely with campus clients, developing strong relationships and a deep understanding of their unique needs and goals.

What you'll do:- Manage internal project teams and external relationships with clients and subconsultants for a wide range of project types from master planning and conceptual design through construction documentation.
- Oversee construction documentation, bidding, and construction administration.
- Lead marketing and business development efforts. Bring experience in crafting proposals and interviewing for new work including building subconsultant teams, developing work plans, and writing detailed scope-of-work documents and contracts.
- Develop and coordinate all facets of project design from conceptual design (sketches, illustrative graphics, 3D-Models, renderings) through construction documentation.
Experience and Education:- A Professional Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
- Licensed Landscape Architect
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience leading teams through design phases from master planning to construction documentation and administration
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Strong experience with campus design - universities, colleges, institutions, etc.
- Marketing and Business Development experience and acumen
