Job Title: Water Resources Project Engineer
Position Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 (Exempt, Full-Time Employment position. Compensation commensurate with education, certifications, and years of relevant industry experience.)
Location Ciorba Group - Chicago Description Ciorba Group is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our growing team with the following responsibilities: - Potable water supply and distribution (water main) analysis and design;
- Wastewater collection and conveyance (sanitary sewer) analysis and design;
- Pump and lift station analysis and design;
- Potable water and sanitary system studies;
- Work closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects.
Position Requirements - B.S. or M.S. degree in civil engineering;
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Fundamental understanding of water resources concepts, including water supply and distribution and sanitary collection and conveyance.
- Experience in local agency water main and sanitary sewer design projects.
- Strong technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment on multidisciplinary projects.
- Microstation or AutoCad capabilities.
