Responsibilities:- Lead crew in safe, efficient solar installations.
- Ensure the truck is stocked and the job site is prepared.
- Install solar modules, racking, and electrical components.
- Apply weatherproofing and ensure structural integrity.
- Enforce safety protocols and inspect work quality.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Communicate with project managers and clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Electrical experience required; solar experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols.
- Effective communication with crew and clients.
Physical Demands:- Lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance).
- Work on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spaces.
- Endure outdoor weather and extreme conditions.
- Use tools, maintain balance, and distinguish wiring colors.
- Respond to verbal commands and follow safety guidelines.

Pay: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience
