Job DescriptionIndividuals assigned to the Gardener position are responsible for providing ongoing landscape maintenance for the Disneyland® Resort properties and completing work in a safe and efficient manner.
Additional InformationThose assigned to the Gardener position are required to attend an annual Hearing Conservation Training class. They are also required to submit to an annual audiometric exam.

Basic Qualifications- You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
Schedule Availability- Availability to work Sunday through Saturday, any shift (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift) including holidays, and must be open to any days off
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience performing daily and routine landscape maintenance including, but not limited to soil and planter preparation, planting, spent-flower removal, pruning, monitoring general plant health and proper irrigation
- Casual gardening and maintenance for neighbors or one's own home yard is not sufficient
Compensation DetailsThe pay rate for this role in California is $26.00 to $32.67 per hour, which follows the pay scale agreed upon in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
