We are seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers to join our team for ongoing projects in Frisco, Texas, and Irving, Texas. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on renewable energy projects with competitive hourly pay and growth potential.
Job Responsibilities:- Assemble, install, and secure solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures
- Measure, cut, and assemble support structures for panel installations
- Ensure proper wiring and connection of solar panels to electrical systems
- Use hand and power tools to fasten solar modules and racking systems safely
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing solar installations as needed
- Follow OSHA and site safety protocols, including fall protection guidelines
- Work in collaboration with electricians and site supervisors to complete installations efficiently
- Operate aerial lifts or scissor lifts if certified (preferred)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable experience installing solar panels
- Aerial lift or scissor lift certification (preferred but not required)
- Must have own hand tools, basic PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hi-vis vest), and steel-toed work boots
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
- Strong understanding of basic electrical concepts related to solar installation
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Frisco and Irving, TX
Compensation:- $17 - $25 per hour, based on experience
- Full-time position with potential for overtime
