We are seeking experienced Solar Panel Installers to join our team for ongoing projects in Frisco, Texas, and Irving, Texas. This is a great opportunity for skilled professionals to work on renewable energy projects with competitive hourly pay and growth potential.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, and secure solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted structures
Measure, cut, and assemble support structures for panel installations
Ensure proper wiring and connection of solar panels to electrical systems
Use hand and power tools to fasten solar modules and racking systems safely
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on existing solar installations as needed
Follow OSHA and site safety protocols, including fall protection guidelines
Work in collaboration with electricians and site supervisors to complete installations efficiently
Operate aerial lifts or scissor lifts if certified (preferred)
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of recent, verifiable experience installing solar panels
Aerial lift or scissor lift certification (preferred but not required)
Must have own hand tools, basic PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, hi-vis vest), and steel-toed work boots
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
Strong understanding of basic electrical concepts related to solar installation
Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
Reliable transportation to job sites in Frisco and Irving, TX
