Pourquoi a-t-on besoin de vous ?Run the Recycle area within a production environment where the products and processes are generally standardized. However, the job may experience modifications. The operator is required to drive/operate heavy equipment/forklifts. The individual must complete the required miner safety training (Mine Safety and Health Act -MSHA).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Operate and maintain the recycling mill per MSHA Safety rules
- Move recycled wallboard using heavy mobile equipment to feed grinder screen
- Conduct equipment (stationary equipment and mobile equipment) inspections daily/per shift to keep equipment in working order
- Empty and remove paper waste for the screening process.
- Clean in, under, and around the equipment and conveyor belts using various tools and equipment
- Change filter bags in 2 bag houses annually
- Observe written safety plant regulations and instructions
- Authorize, audit, and maintain the Lock Out/Tag Out process for equipment (Mobile and Stationary)
- Other duties as assigned
Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ? - A High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Ability to understand, certify, and operate a forklift, and front-end loader (this is not an all-inclusive list)
- Ability to understand traffic laws
- Ability to work safely at all times
- Ability to move attachments for equipment, sometimes by hand
- Ability to move cribbing and shoring for equipment
- Working outdoors during varying weather conditions
- Ability to move materials to specified sites
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Company policies, practices, and procedures
- Knowledge of recycling area and processes and procedures
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment including, loader and forklift which is primarily driven in reverse
