SummaryThis Product Manager role is responsible for the development and management of a portfolio of products and programs supporting SRP's and our customer's sustainability and decarbonization goals. This role includes providing ongoing management, from inception to sunsetting, of the products/programs and data reporting to ensure it meets customer needs and is aligned with SRP's established objectives.
What You'll Do• Manage all aspects of the product / program performance, including financial, risk, operations and business performance.
• Oversee the product/program delivery including building business strategies, performance objectives and outcome-based roadmaps.
• Prepare annual program plans and processes, and conduct analyses and develop reports in accordance with established customer and market needs, and SRP requirements.
• Participate in defining the strategic vision, product roadmaps, product prioritization, execution and product support for desired customer solutions.
• Leverage SRP's corporate strategies to set alignment with priorities and deliver continuous improvement and workflow across multiple teams.
• Utilize strategic business acumen and leverage product / program data analytics to make decisions to enhance product / program performance and delivery.
• Identify new and existing customer/business requirements/needs, and formulate and implement solutions working with internal and third-party partners for rapid piloting and product / program launches.
• Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams such as marketing, IT, customer service and external implementers to manage programs.
• Identify and secure the services of third-party partners and program implementors and actively manage their performance to ensure product / programs deliver intended results.
What It Takes To Succeed• Think proactively to identify new opportunities and optimize existing solutions and program offerings, while considering marketplace and sustainability drivers that motivate customers, trade allies, and other market actors to participate in SRP's products and programs
• Capacity for leading cross functional teams that include in-house technical teams, accounting and billing, customer account managers, and marketing in an agile business development environment.
• Possess a strong organizational mentality, technical and non-technical written and verbal communication/presentation skills, and desire to drive an exceptional customer experience.
Experience• For a Level 1 (Associate), a minimum of no previous years of experience to two years related experience is required (if no degree, four-six years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling four-six years). • For a Level 2 (Journey), a minimum of two years of experience to four years related experience is required (if no degree, six-eight years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling six-eight years). • For a Level 3 (Senior), a minimum of five years of related experience is required (if no degree, nine years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience totaling nine years).
EducationA bachelor's degree related to the assignment from an accredited institution is preferred.
Hybrid WorkplaceSRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
