Join ISG's Landscape Architecture + Planning team in the Green Bay or Sioux Falls offices. Critical prior experience should include landscape architecture and/or urban design. Plan to use your problem-solving muscles daily through the full spectrum of professional practice - hand drawing, field analysis, public meetings, concept planning, cost estimating, detailing, and technical specifications. You will mentor up, down, and across the professions and geographies of ISG.
You will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to provide clients with creative solutions. As part of a larger fully integrated team, you get the satisfaction of guiding your client through project completion and beyond.

We're looking for someone with strong passion for landscape architecture and urban design, who thinks and designs with creativity and enthusiasm to deliver the best analysis and solutions for our clients. Here's a few details:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Assist, implement, and successfully execute project related responsibilities
- Perform site planning and general design tasks
- Be a self-starter and independent worker while working in a highly collaborative environment
- Ensure project compliance with rules and regulations, laws and codes, policies and procedures
- Explore business development opportunities and additional service opportunities on projects
- Help prepare project presentations for clients, regulatory agents, and governing bodies
- Understand and promote the ISG brand and vision, including cross-selling services
- Ability to work on multiple projects at once and establish priorities
- Be an accountable, eager, and creative employee owner!
QUALIFICATIONS- Licensed Professional Landscape Architect (PLA)
- Masters or Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture or Urban Design
- 7-15 years of professional experience in the field of landscape architecture
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and 3D Design Software such as SketchUp
- Exceptional verbal, written, and graphic communicator
- Self-directed and can work both independently and collaboratively
- Demonstrated ability to understand and apply design principles
- A passion for design, project implementation, and project management
