The Environmental Senior Project Manager is responsible for key client relationship development and management, and project management from conception to completion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees assigned projects to ensure that the project meets the scope, schedule, and budget
- Develops the scope of work, schedule and fee for each of their projects in coordination with Production Group Leaders
- Develops a Project Work Plan for distribution to the project team
- Develops a thorough understanding of the client's expectations and objectives for the project
- Participates in preparing qualification/proposal submittals and presentations to clients
- Monitors assigned projects using financial project management system
- Participates in securing funding with State and Federal agencies, if required
- Applies environmental consulting experience and expertise to assist team in developing solutions to meet the client's expectation for the project requirements
- Mentors and guides project teams, helping them to advance their careers
- Ensures project team adherence to all company standards and policies related to project execution and management
- Monitors and ensures prompt delivery and payment of client invoices by adhering to company's AR collection policies and procedures
- Coordinates with leadership to review scope, schedule, fee, project profitability, billings, collections and project-specific client/quality issues on each project
- Serves as a trusted advisor to key clients
- Works in collaboration with Business Development to obtain new clients and work
- Travels for project coordination, as required
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies or related field
- 10+ years of experience in the environmental consulting field
- Strong career emphasis in permitting, NEPA, natural resource review, regulatory review, environmental review and assessment, and facility siting
- Experience coordinating with State and Federal agencies
- Ability to build a team and mentor less experienced staff
- Ability to market and sell environmental services
- Understanding of contracts
- Ability to prepare environmental records and to write concise technical reports
- Ability to supervise and lead project teams to successfully execute environmental projects
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines
- Ability to understand, in general, related scientific discipline principles
- Ability to read and interpret appropriate regulatory, funding and administrative codes
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable

For MN residents only: The pay range for this position is $105,000-$155,375. The range displayed on this job posting reflects salaries for the position based in our Minnesota locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by specific work location and additional factors, including education, experience, credentials, and job-related skills. In addition to base pay, certain positions at Moore Holding Company and subsidiaries are eligible for participation in our incentive compensation programs.
