Your role at Sephora:As the Manager of Environmental Health & Safety, you will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a safe and compliant workplace environment for our offices and retail stores. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Workplace Operations, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies. Your efforts will ensure that the company not only meets but exceeds all applicable regulations and standards, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. In addition, you will:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies to drive standardization and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections to identify risks, ensure compliance, and maintain up-to-date records and performance metrics.
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement within the EHS framework.
- Provide EHS training and education to employees at all levels, ensuring effective communication of EHS policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS considerations into all aspects of operations and overall business processes.
- Coordinate the development and execution of emergency response plans and training programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, managing all EHS-related reporting requirements for the US region.
- Manage the regional EHS budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and support continuous improvement initiatives.

We're excited about you if you have:- A minimum of 5-7 years of dynamic EHS experience, with at least 3-5 years in a regional or multi-site management role.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a comprehensive understanding of general employee health and safety best practices.
- A proven track record of successfully implementing EHS programs and initiatives.
- The ability to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the delivery of long-term organizational objectives.
- A proven ability to influence others, drive change, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in dynamic and evolving environments, effectively navigating through uncertain situations, and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Skills in maintaining team morale and motivation during times of ambiguity, empowering team members to contribute their insights and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly and effectively.
The annual base salary range for this position is $114,750.00 - $128,250.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
