ResponsibilitiesThe Global Sustainability Strategy team provides strategic thought leadership to the Sustainability Office. Primary responsibilities include:
- Deliver the strategic vision for the Global Sustainability Office and work with other sustainability leaders, cross functional partners, and regional teams to build and execute the plans
- Identify future growth opportunities and drive selected strategic projects for the organization with sustainability at the center of our decisions
- Solve real-time business issues at the request of the Executive Committee or other senior leaders
- Provide thought leadership to business partners, including the Executive Committee, and other operating leaders on a broad range of business-critical topics
- Identify and deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks to conduct analyses
- Lead the execution of strategic workstreams end-to-end in close collaboration with cross-functional partners, focusing on data analytics processes to ensure conclusions are grounded in fact
- Ensure all deliverables are executive level ready and oversee/guide team to ensure high quality deliverables on all initiatives
- Demonstrate strong leadership and significant influence management skills with the ability to gain credibility with Sr Leadership while challenging the status quo
- Maintain an external mindset, including staying on top of consumer, competitive, and macroeconomic/geopolitical trends.
- Contribute to capacity building for the entire Global Sustainability function (e.g., Recruiting, Training, Knowledge Management, etc.)
Compensation & Benefits:- The expected compensation range for this position is between $151,200 - $300,000
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance

Qualifications- 9+ years of strategy experience in a variety of positions both internally and externally (top-tier Consulting firm or Corporate Strategy experience strongly preferred)
- BA required (MBA strongly preferred)
- Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought leader with excellent managerial skills
- Strong leadership, talent development and significant influence management skills
- Strategic mindset with an ability to think broadly, refine questions, and develop analytical frameworks
- Excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills to present facts and provide recommendations
- Outstanding project management skills
- High Emotional Intelligence and verbal and written communication skills that educate and influence senior leaders; ability to "manage up"
- Experience partnering with multiple business functions
- Strong interest in/understanding of sustainability industry trends, challenges, opportunities
- Love of Consumer-Packaged Goods and our brands
- Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences
