Responsible for solar project design, development, and project management assistance of solar and energy storage construction and/or service projects.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Lays out various types of solar modules and racking systems on different roof and ground locations using CAD (Computer Aided Design) and other design software.
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code), IBC (International Building Code), and other codes to assist the solar project management team to develop complete solar drawings/permit packages.
- Provides technical support for construction and service efforts including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc.
- Helps to determine azimuth, pitch of the roof, and obstructions to design code compliant solar systems.
- Represents company, project and/or department during client and project management meetings.
- Works with all Bombard Electric departments as required to resolve problems, ensure quality of design, etc. in support of overall project schedule.
- Assists in development and compilation of permit packages for submission to various AHJ's (Authority Having Jurisdiction) building departments.
- Attends site visits and onsite meetings as identified by project scope and contracting requirements.
- Provides analysis and recommendation on components required to ensure the feasibility/constructability of a specified job.
- Troubleshoots and problem solves independently to resolve challenges as they arise throughout the development and construction process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
