Position SummaryPosition responsibilities include developing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of industrial health, safety and Environmental programs and processes, under the general direction of the Director of Safety. This position will liaison with Clients regularly on a proactive basis to address all HSE matters. Position will also interact with the safety team on a regular basis, providing information and coaching to facilitate continuous safety improvement and oversee collection and storage of data/reports and audit information. Position is required to conduct root cause analysis, CAPA management, resolve audit findings (internal and external), and communicate directly with customers on results.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities• Proactively develop relationships with Customer HSE professionals.
• Oversee data collection, storage, and analysis related to HSE programs of Conco.
• Maintain compliance programs to include but not limited to ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, NCMS, etc.
• Develop and complete customer required compliance forms, procedures, plans, and other related documents.
• Participate in both external and internal Audits of HSE.
• Resolve all Audit findings and CAPAs in a timely manner and report on the same to senior management of Conco and clients.
• Participate in investigation and post-incident evaluation meetings with company and client management, to assess root causes of incidents and develop corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with contractor companies to include staffing, equipment, and rental needs for projects.
• Perform duties relating to workers compensation, case management, and incident management.
• Develop and revise standard operating procedures, risk/hazard assessments, and work instructions.
• Participate in the development of regulatory and leadership training.
• Assist in the overall management and operation of the company's Safety Department.
• Conduct field audits to determine the effectiveness of program and process implementation.
• Manage the information collection and analysis process to determine trends and areas of focus.
• Maintain record keeping, document control, maintenance of change process (MOC), HSE metrics and manhour reporting.
• Oversee regional safety project assignments and safety technicians to include KPIs being met.
• Forecast and plan project safety related needs to assist operations and ensure compliance.
• Provide on-site safety oversight as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by HSE Director.

• Superior communication skills, both oral and written, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused and results driven and must have the ability to effectively collaborate and work with personnel at various levels throughout the company and clients.
• Capable of operating different computer-related software and platforms.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks with minimal direction.
Qualifications- The successful candidate will possess the ability to deescalate a tense situation resulting in favorable courses of action for all parties concerned. He or she must be able to communicate effectively to the C-suite as well as to a field technician

- Capable of operating different computer-related software and platforms

- Working knowledge and experience of OSHA, DOT, and EPA rules and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Occupational Safety, or related field. (will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience)
- 4 years of HSE Leadership experience to include Case/Incident Management.
- Experience with Behavioral Based Training Programs, Human Performance Improvement, industrial/chemical safety
- OSHA 5119 - Cal/OSHA Standards for General Industry.
- Working knowledge and experience of OSHA, DOT, and EPA rules and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
