Decarbonization Outreach Manager - Trade Allies and Community Energy Partners Location: LA County or San Diego County
Ready to make a difference? As the Decarbonization Outreach Manager overseeing decarbonization team leaders and area coordinators, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of our program goals and promote energy efficiency and sustainability within communities. You will oversee all delivery and implementation of our energy efficient solutions as well as our vast network of contractors. Your leadership will be crucial in driving innovation, fostering community relationships, and achieving our decarbonization goals.
What you will be doing: - Facilitate Equitable Building Decarbonization Direct Install Program goals for outreach strategies, established by the program management team, in the Southern California region.
- Supervise outreach managers who are responsible for coordinating marketing strategies to reach targeted audiences for generating program leads.
- Oversee the program partner that is providing area coordination between a diverse network of community energy partners, community outreach partners, and trade allies to ensure effective and efficient program implementation.
- Manage outreach managers and area coordinators, ensuring program goals and objectives met through strategic and market-informed decision making, communication, collaboration, and staff allocation, and adherence to programmatically compliant, metrics driven schedules.
- Analyze data on outreach activities, community engagement, and program outcomes to assess best practices to inform future outreach activities.
- Monitor project performance and metrics and ensure accurate and timely forecasting and reporting.
- Regularly prepare and submit reports to program manager.

What we need
you to have (minimum qualifications): - Bachelor's degree (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
- 5+ years of related work experience with technology sales, engineering and or energy
- 3+ years of experience managing staff and client interactions
- Must have a valid driver's license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.
What we would like you to have: - Proven experience in project management, preferably in energy efficiency or sustainability sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders, including community organizations and trade allies.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes and permit inspections.
- Ability to manage documentation and reporting efficiently.
- Commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$73,403.00 - $124,784.00
