Responsibilities - Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the construction project, ensuring it aligns with specifications and meets quality standards
- Manage project timelines, budget, and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective completion of the battery manufacturing facility
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams, architects, and contractors to address design modifications and ensure compliance with regulations
- Supervise and lead a multidisciplinary construction team, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused work environment
- Implement and enforce strict protocols for handling highly sensitive tools and equipment within clean room environments
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly
- Manage trade contractors, ensuring they adhere to project specifications, safety guidelines, and timelines
Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equavalent experience
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector that were ground-up and/or retrofit projects
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and process systems
- Familiarity with clean room protocols and the integration of highly sensitive tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges
- Willingness to spend a high percentage of time in the field to ensure project objectives are being met
