Summary of Position:The Head Gardener will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant care and landscape management, including planting, irrigation, pest control, and overall garden maintenance. This role requires extensive knowledge of regional plant life, landscape design, and gardening techniques, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Physical Requirements:- Able to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
- Ability to stand for several hours.
