The base salary range for this position in as for the job description criteria as listed is $125,000 to $160,000 annually.

Position Overview:
Eco Services is seeking a West Coast Environmental Manager to oversee environmental management at our Dominguez, Martinez, and Portland sites. This role involves managing an Environmental Specialist, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and supporting business growth through sustainable practices. The manager will apply engineering principles to optimize plant operations, participate in capital projects, and act as a liaison with regulatory agencies.
What you will be doing:
Manage environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives across West Coast sites.
Collaborate with plant functions to ensure regulatory compliance and operational flexibility.
Develop and implement environmental operating permits and compliance systems.
Utilize OSI PI software for plant performance evaluation.
Participate in capital projects and process safety HAZOPS.
Conduct incident investigations and follow-up actions.
Provide training and support to operations personnel.
Liaise with regulatory agencies and ensure adherence to HSE management systems.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Engineering degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university (Chemical or Environmental Engineering preferred
Min of 5-8 years in chemical processing environment preferred
Minimum two years supervisory experience
Strong leadership and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing responsibilities
Strong background in environmental management and engineering principles
Experience with sulfuric acid processing and hazardous waste management
