OverviewThis is a very broad and dynamic position reporting to the Operations Manager. The position will be a key member
of project services team for Solar Sites. This position will be mostly labor intensive minimal technical need
Responsibilities- Perform labor assistance for Wire Management Projects as required.
• Perform labor assistance for Panel Replacement Projects as required.
• Perform labor involved in the maintenance of central solar inverters at solar sites.
• Perform labor assistance in some DC health work projects.
• Perform labor assistance at times with vegetation management.
• Provide feedback project Lead or Operations Manager about possible mechanical and electrical issues.
• Work independently in the field and under direction of project lead to uphold project production.
• Apply knowledge of design specifications if any to be efficient.
• Verify and comply with Danos documentation standards. (JSA, Watch Cards, Etc)
• Prepare, deliver, and submit daily reports at times for site team or operations manager.
• Support overall labor assistance as needed or directed by project lead or operations manager.
Qualifications• 1+ years of overall PV experience (O&M or Construction)
• Must possess the ability to work with hand tools as required.
• Stand, walk, hand dexterity as needed for long periods of time in weather elements in the field.
• Problem-solving skills are a plus.
• Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills, overall team player.
• Must be able to closely follow instruction and pre-established procedures/SOP to perform the ductions
of the job.
• OSHA, NFPA70A, Electrical Safety a plus
• Technical problem solving/analytical skills.
• Able to work with a vary of hand tools and power tools.
• Self-starter, strong initiatives, and an excellent communicator
• Detailed-oriented nature and strong initiative, safe work practices.
• Strong technical support focus and a service-oriented individual both with field team and customers
