POSITION SUMMARY The Energy Location Manager in Dupree, SD directly manages the work and interaction of groups within the location, with a focus on safety, compliance and customer service. This position will also include energy sales for the location and surrounding area, management of customer relationships, inventory, product installation scheduling, budgeting, profit and loss stewardship, and managing staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop, supervise and coach direct reports, completing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws, coordinating with other area supervisors to promote teamwork within the employee group, attending weekly meetings to ensure cross functional collaboration.
- Coach and motivate team members to meet performance standards through coaching, feedback, goal setting, communicating and maintaining fair and consistent application of policies and practices.
- Provide leadership in managing team performance, including setting measurable goals, tracking metrics, and holding employees accountable.
- Manage and oversee direct reports product installation process and routing schedule.
- Responsible for the ordering, pricing, inventory, distribution, and warehousing of all energy location products.
- Communicates and promotes energy products, services, and programs that meet customer needs.
- Performs accurate monthly inventory reports and creates annual business plans to help forecast the upcoming year's balance sheet.
- Maintains and grows energy volume and overall sales of services and products for the location.
- Understands, complies with, and enforces Agtegra's Credit Policy
- Makes on-site customer calls, deliveries, and installs to solidify customer relationships.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized facility, including outdoor maintenance.
- Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures and maintaining a safe and clean work environment, including compliance with US DOT drug and alcohol testing requirements, the Agtegra Drug Free Workplace Policy, OSHA regulations, and the Agtegra Vehicle Policy and Fleet Safety Program.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 2-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsement or the ability to obtain.
- Valid driver's license.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- English Proficiency.
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator.
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
- Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts.
