Job Summary This position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Analytics and Strategy for Customer Retention and is responsible for a full range of activities related to data analysis, planning, development, deployment, and support of new and existing projects impacting multiple business units and business processes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Data cleaning and preparation in both Excel and SQL Complete and distribute routine Conservation reporting that tracks and measures the performance of initiatives. Identify opportunities by using data analysis and exploration (Tableau, SQL, MS Excel, R and other data mining tools) to monitor, extract and evaluate data in order to streamline reporting processes. Track and analyze business unit trends and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the department to create new, or maximize existing initiatives based on the routine reporting and data that the analyst manages. Present findings and insights to management.
