DuPont's paid co-op program offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience to develop essential skills for their career. By working on meaningful projects with DuPont professionals, you will integrate classroom theory with practical work and gain real-world experience working in an inclusive environment as you prepare you to be a leader. You will also have the opportunity to engage with diversity, equity and inclusion organizations at DuPont.
As an Engineering Co-op, you will adopt DuPont's core values, gain industrial experience, and develop an understanding of DuPont Business and Functions, products, and customers. You will work in a team environment alongside experienced professionals and participate in work-specific training and development.
Our US student program includes 3-6 month co-op assignments. The scope and length of your assignment will vary depending on the specific site and function.
Fall Semester co-ops must be available from September - December.Examples of typical roles in manufacturing, operations and business include Manufacturing Technical / Process Engineering, Capital Projects, Automation & Process Control, Leveraged Engineering, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, and Technical Service

Requirements
The DuPont Co-op Program seeks top talent. To be considered, the following requirements must be met:
- Enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited program
- GPA of 3.0 or higher (out of 4.0 scale)
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without restriction
