Our Denver office is looking for a strong Senior Landscape Architect to join the Landscape Architecture Market Sector. Our next team member will have excellent communication, design, graphic and technical skills. This individual will help manage the landscape architecture studio, organize and coordinate with the design and technical project teams throughout the design process to successfully execute landscape architectural projects. This person will manage projects as well as oversee other junior project managers and staff.

Our award-winning Landscape Architecture team works with a diverse clientele across the United States on a variety of project types including parks, recreational facilities, educational campuses, housing /mixed-use neighborhoods, senior living communities and healthcare environments.
About the Position
- Provide Landscape Architecture services for HCM's various market sectors including parks, housing /mixed-use neighborhoods, healthcare environments, senior living communities, and educational campuses.
- Assist with management of the Denver landscape architecture studio
- Manage multiple projects in a variety of market sectors
- Collaborate in the design and documentation process
- Assist in and initiate business development activities
- Interact with consultants and clients
- Collaborate with HCM leadership
- Provide technical guidance and quality control review
- Develop and mentor staff
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture required
- 20+ years of experience in Landscape Architecture
- Licensed Landscape Architect
- Passion for design, creativity, community and sustainability
- Solid history of project management and business development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape or other 3D presentation software are highly desired.
- LEED credentials a plus

Colorado Statement
The projected base salary for this full-time position is $115,000 - $140,000. Hord Coplan Macht's salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, as well as the individual's educations, experience, and skillsets. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of HCM's total compensation package for employees.
